Misery loves company
And the company can’t stop laughing
The hysterics
Change the rhythm
Switch off the light
Turn the north south
The frowns to grins and the grins to frowns
Alone in your sorrow
Bide your time
It switches with the beat of your feet
The paved world can’t stand the sad
Don’t let it go
Medication’s all that can be sent
The carpet speaks to you
It says…nothing of importance
The wine dripping from the glass tossed into the air
Hysterics
My laughter just won’t stop
But then again
Neither will my tears
